Museo Alberto della Ragione
The name of this museum derived from a genovese maecenans who in 1960 gave to Comune of Florence a fascinatine collection of works of art. 250 works which illustrate the development of italian art from Futurism to sixty’s.
There are works of De Chirico, Carrà, Morandi, Licini, De Pisis, Casorati,Rosai, Sironi, the paiters of Roman School – Scipione, Mario Mafai, Antonietta Raphael Mafai – Guttso and the other artists of “Corrente”, as Birolli, Cassinari, Migneco, Vedova. There are too sculptures of Marino Marini, Arturo Martini, Manzù, Lucio Fontana and painting of Filippo de Pisis.
